[目的]应用电化学指纹图谱鉴别大黄、虎杖和何首乌。[方法]将大黄、虎杖、何首乌粉末烘干直至恒重,粉碎成粉末直径≤0.125mm。分别取0.5g中药粉末放入自制玻璃反应器,分别加入1.0mol.L-1H2SO4、0.02mol.L-1MnSO4、0.6mol.L-1CH3COCH3、0.2.L-1KBrO3,均10mL。温度控制(37±0.02)℃,盖子盖好。开通毫伏计、计算机、和磁力搅拌器,搅拌药物与试剂混合液,搅拌速度500r/min,匀速搅拌10min,用注射器迅速加入2.0mL溴酸钠溶液和3.0mL硫酸铈铵,采集相关数据,记录电化学震荡体系电位(E),使用Oringin软件绘制E-t曲线,电化学指纹图谱。[结果]大黄、虎杖和何首乌特色重现良好,电化学指纹图谱诱波形、震荡波形和特征参数之间存在明显差异。[结论]电化学指纹图谱技术能科学地鉴别区分中药,简便易行、实用性强,值得推广。
[Objective] To identify Rhubarb, Polygonum cuspidatum and Polygonum multiflorum by electrochemical fingerprint. [Method] Rhubarb, Polygonum cuspidatum, Polygonum multiflorum powder were dried until constant weight, crushed to powder diameter ≤0.125mm. Separately take 0.5g Chinese herbal powder into a homemade glass reactor, respectively, add 1.0mol.L-1H2SO4, 0.02mol.L-1MnSO4, 0.6mol.L-1CH3COCH3, 0.2L-1KBrO3, both 10mL. Temperature control (37 ± 0.02) ℃, lid cover. Millivolt meter, computer and magnetic stirrer were set up. The mixture of medicine and reagent was stirred. The stirring speed was 500r / min and uniform stirring was carried out for 10 minutes. 2.0mL sodium bromate solution and 3.0mL cerium ammonium sulfate were quickly added by syringe, Electrochemical shock system potential (E) was recorded, and Et curve and electrochemical fingerprint were drawn using Oringin software. [Result] The characteristics of Rhubarb, Polygonum cuspidatum and Polygonum multiflorum reappeared well. There were significant differences in wave shape, oscillation waveform and characteristic parameters of electrochemical fingerprint. [Conclusion] Electrochemical fingerprinting can distinguish and distinguish traditional Chinese medicine scientifically, which is simple, practical and practical. It is worth popularizing.
