本文在分析ATC公司股权激励方案的基础上,对股票期权转换成限制性股票及其行权进行了思考与探索,提出了以股权激励的方式强化员工工作满意度和投入度的对策措施。
Based on the analysis of ATC Company’s equity incentive plan, this paper makes some thinking and exploration on the conversion of stock option into restricted stock and its exercise, and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen staff’s job satisfaction and investment in the form of equity incentive.
