2004年5月,由山东省贸易办公室、山东省烹饪协会和山东省饮食业协会共同举办的第二届山东名小吃认证展示会在济南举行,参加认证审报的共有来自全省的400多个品种的小吃,这些小吃用料广泛,口味多样,荤素兼备,干稀俱全。有的品种具有较长的生产历史,有很好的市场知名度;有的品种还实现了工厂化、规模化生产。参会的小吃覆盖面广、代表性强,具有鲜明的经营特色,体现了现代餐饮的新潮流、新方向。经过专家组和评审团几轮认真品评和鉴定,最后,由山东淄博独一味食品有限公司选送的洪君牌“独一味”油饼“味”压群芳,脱颖而出,被山东省名小吃认证委员会认证为“山东省名小吃”称号,并对独一味油饼的口味及营养给予了充分的肯定。
