江苏省电力建设第一工程公司以“三五”普法为契机,积极贯彻依法治国方略,通过启动、实施、效果三个环节,逐步进入了依法治企的“快车道”。 启动环节:公司早于1996年10月成立“三五”普法领导小组,1998年7月成立依法治企领导小组。两领导小组均由公司党委书记任组长,其他公司领导任副组长,公司法律科负责日常具体工作。根据“三五”普法和依法治企的要求,公司结合实际,先后制订“三五”普法五年规划和依法治企五年规划,并做到年有年计划,月有月计划。公司各党总支、政工科室为“三五”普法工作网络成员,公司各科室为依法治企工作网络成员,有关任务总是一有布置,随即落实,通过宣讲、板报、演讲等形式,广泛开展日常教育。
