2013年9月29日,中国(上海)自由贸易试验区正式挂牌成立。这一被定位为高层次的“经济特区”(或“自由港”)在投资、贸易、金融以及监管体制和税收政策四个方面进行了改革开放尝试,助力我国产业吸引外资、国内企业吸收国外先进的经验、推动我国贸易转型升级,同时也为国民经济支柱产业的石油化工行业进行结构转型、更好的适应市场需求、提升自身竞争力提供了条件。在自由市场的竞争中也要求我国石化行业不断优化企业结构,提升技术、管理水平,用优质的产品、更好的服务赢得市场的认可。
On September 29, 2013, China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone officially opened. This is a high-level “special economic zone” (or “free port”) that has carried out reforms and opening-up attempts in four fields: investment, trade, finance, regulatory system and taxation policy, which have helped our country’s industries attract foreign capital. Enterprises to absorb foreign advanced experience and promote China’s trade transformation and upgrading, but also for the national economy, the pillar industries of the petrochemical industry restructuring, better adapt to market demand and enhance their own competitiveness provided the conditions. In the free market competition also requires China’s petrochemical industry continue to optimize the corporate structure, improve technology, management level, with high-quality products, better service to win market recognition.
