目的研究汽化过氧化氢对不同材料物体表面受污染后的消毒效果,为对不同内环境的室内空间的消毒控制提供参考。方法采用5种材料制备染菌载体,定量杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢,观察过氧化氢气体在不同时间内对5种材质菌片的消毒效果。结果在30 m3密闭空间内用汽化过氧化氢对菌片进行10、20、30、40、60 min处理。以枯草杆菌黑色变种(ATCC 9372)芽孢为试验菌时,作用30 min对塑料载体上芽孢的杀灭对数值>6.00;作用60 min对棉布、印刷纸、不锈钢和玻璃载体上芽孢的杀灭对数值均>6.00。以嗜热脂肪杆菌(ATCC 7953)芽孢为试验菌时,作用30 min对不锈钢、玻璃和塑料载体上芽孢的杀灭对数值均>6.00,作用60 min对棉布和印刷纸载体上芽孢的杀灭对数值均>6.00。结论在设定的程序下,汽化过氧化氢对表面无孔无渗透材料的消毒效果显著好于表面多孔渗透性材料。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of vaporized hydrogen peroxide on contaminated surfaces of different materials and to provide reference for the disinfection control of indoor environment in different interior environments. Methods Five kinds of materials were used to prepare the bacterium carrier. The bacillus subtilis and the thermophilic Bacillus stearothermophilus were quantitatively killed. The disinfection effect of hydrogen peroxide gas on five kinds of bacteria was observed at different times. Results The bacterial cells were treated with vaporized hydrogen peroxide in a confined space of 30 m3 for 10, 20, 30, 40 and 60 min. Bacillus subtilis black (ATCC 9372) spores as test bacteria, the role of 30 min on the plastic carrier spores kill logarithm> 6.00; role of 60 min on cotton, printing paper, stainless steel and glass carrier spores kill All values> 6.00. When Bacillus stearothermophilus (ATCC 7953) spores were used as test bacteria, the killing logarithm of spores on stainless steel, glass and plastic carriers was> 6.00 for 30 min and the killing of spores on cotton cloth and printing paper support was observed for 60 min Logarithmic values> 6.00. Conclusions Under the set procedure, the disinfection effect of vaporized hydrogen peroxide on non-porous and non-porous material on the surface is significantly better than that of porous material on the surface.
