目的:研究阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治晚期先兆流产及先兆早产患者79例,随机分为两组。对照组采用盐酸利托君治疗;试验组采用阿托西班联合盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组48 h总有效率和7 d总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组妊娠延长时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿结局优于对照组,差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组盐酸利托君用药剂量低于对照组,差异
