《2 0 0 0年世界卫生报告》将反应性作为评价卫生系统绩效的三大主要目标之一。文章利用WHO的关键知情人调查 (KIS)问卷首次对上海市卫生系统的反应性进行了初步的测量 ,并对KIS的测量、评价方法进行了初步的探讨。
The 2000 World Health Report uses responsiveness as one of the three main goals for evaluating health system performance. This article first used the WHO’s Key People Survey (KIS) Questionnaire for the first time to make a preliminary measurement of the responsiveness of Shanghai’s health system, and conducted a preliminary discussion on the measurement and evaluation methods of KIS.
