实际生产低合金高强度钢板中,Q345B的钢板合同量比率相对较大,在实际生产过程中发现,在生产检验过程中时有探伤不合格出现,甚至部分时间段会出现较大批量计划外,为查明钢板探伤不合格原因,采用高倍金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对南阳汉冶特钢生产过程中探伤计划外钢板进行取样检验分析,总结了汉冶特钢生产过程中钢板探伤不合原因主要有3类:偏析导致异常组织;夹杂物含量高;铸坯中心疏松;并提出了相应解决措施。
