秘书经常代表领导行使职权,因此一些秘书常常会产生错觉,以为自己和领导一样拥有实权。如果秘书自我感觉特别好,在处理各部门之间的矛盾和纠纷时,就会采用压服而不是说服的方式,认为只有采取“高压”政策,才能促使对方执行不误。加上有的领导不容许别人批评自己的秘书,因而养成了一些秘书飞扬跋扈、欺上瞒下的不良作风。小竹不能正确识别自己的角色,对人摆出一副居高临下的姿态,这是情商不高的表现。
