目的:考察不同采收期龙胆中几种微量元素含量的变化,为今后研究龙胆的质量与微量元素的关系提供实验依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果:不论产地和采收时间,大多数情况下各种元素均出现地上部位含量大于或约等于地下部位的情况,龙胆对锰有一定富集作用。结论:龙胆中各种微量元素的含量高低除与其生长环境中的微量元素含量高低有密切关系外,还与其自身富集这些微量元素的能力大小有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of several trace elements in gentian at different harvesting stages, and to provide experimental evidence for the future study on the relationship between gentian quality and trace elements. Method: Determination by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: Regardless of the place of production and the time of harvesting, in most cases, the contents of above-ground parts appeared above or equal to the underground parts of various elements, and gentian had a certain enrichment effect on manganese. Conclusion: The contents of trace elements in gentian are closely related to their ability to enrich trace elements in their growth environment.
