目的超敏C反应蛋白(hr-CRP)是一种急性时相蛋白,它在各种炎性过程中明显升高,但是其是否与卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)中的变化和作用,尚不清楚。方法分别检测24例SAP患者、51例卒中对照者的血清中超敏C反应蛋白的浓度,计算肺炎严重程度评分(PSI),并进行统计学分析。结果 SAP组患者和卒中对照者血清hr-CRP水平均明显升高,分别为(35.6±4.2)ng/ml,(18.6±2.6)ng/ml。在治疗之后,其水平均明显下降,分别为(17.5±3.3)ng/ml,(10.6±2.2)ng/ml,两组各自比较局面有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。同时,SAP组患者的血清hr-CRP水平与PSI评分呈显著正相关(r=0.71)。结论 SAP组患者血清hr-CRP水平明显升高,在治疗后可以显著下降,且与PSI评分有明显的正相关性。血清hr-CRP水平可以作为SAP患者下呼吸道感染的病情评估指标之一。
AIM: The acute-phase C-reactive protein (hr-CRP) is an acute phase protein that is significantly elevated in various inflammatory processes but whether or not it is associated with changes and effects in stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) clear. Methods Serum concentrations of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in 24 SAP patients and 51 stroke controls were measured and the severity of pneumonia (PSI) was calculated and statistically analyzed. Results Serum hr-CRP levels in SAP group and stroke control group were significantly higher (35.6 ± 4.2) ng / ml and (18.6 ± 2.6) ng / ml, respectively. After treatment, the levels were significantly decreased (17.5 ± 3.3) ng / ml and (10.6 ± 2.2) ng / ml, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (all P <0.05). At the same time, the level of serum hr-CRP in SAP patients was positively correlated with PSI score (r = 0.71). Conclusion The serum level of hr-CRP in patients with SAP was significantly higher than that in patients with SAP. The serum level of hr-CRP in SAP group decreased significantly after treatment, and was positively correlated with PSI score. Serum hr-CRP levels can be used as one of the indicators of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with SAP.
