劈箱模板混合造型方法是我厂所生产M210型内圆磨床床身时,学习了各兄弟厂各项先进经验的成果而推行的,它的特点是具有多种先进造型方法,如泥型盖箱,在侧箱圈及底箱采用了CO_2干燥及烘模砂表面干燥的方法;在木模工艺上采用了劈模多块模型;主要将木模分成六块,而砂型也跟着木模分块造型;在铸件侧面形状复杂处结合了组芯造型。劈箱模板造型要此原来单独模型造型在产量上可提高二倍以上,而生产周期和砂箱工具的周转期可以缩短二天,并且又可节省金属材料的消耗;同时,解决了烘房面积不足的困难,且在操作上降低了劳动强度。现将我厂M210型内圆磨床床身采用劈箱模板混合造型铸造工艺简单介绍如下:
