目的调查广州地区汉族人群CYP2C19基因多态性分布特点,分析其与我国其他地区民族人群的差异。方法采用DNA微阵列芯片技术对2014─2015年1783例不同年龄的广州地区汉族体检和就诊者进行CYP2C19基因多态性检测,分析CYP2C19基因多态性并进行统计分析。结果受检者CYP2C19*1/*1、CYP2C19*1/*2、CYP2C19*1/*3、CYP2C19*2/*2、CYP2C19*2/*3和CYP2C19*3/*3基因型频率分别为39.8%、41.1%、6.3%、9.5%、3.1%和0.2%。CYP2C19基因快、中和慢代谢型频率分别为39.8%、47.4%和12.8%,与大连、江苏、云南汉族人群以及维吾尔族、苗族人群代谢型比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),而与重庆汉族、蒙古族和回族人群则有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论广州地区汉族人群存在CYP2C19基因多态性,其代谢型分布与部分地区和民族有一定差异。
Objective To investigate the distribution of CYP2C19 polymorphism in Han population in Guangzhou and to analyze the differences between CYP2C19 and other ethnic groups in China. Methods DNA microarray was used to detect CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in 1783 Han Chinese patients of different ages in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2015. CYP2C19 gene polymorphism was analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results The frequencies of CYP2C19 * 1 / * 1, CYP2C19 * 1 / * 2, CYP2C19 * 1 / * 3, CYP2C19 * 2 / * 2, CYP2C19 * 2 / * 3 and CYP2C19 * 3 / * 3 genotypes were 39.8%, 41.1%, 6.3%, 9.5%, 3.1% and 0.2%. The frequencies of CYP2C19 gene were 39.8%, 47.4% and 12.8% respectively, with no statistical difference (P> 0.05) with those of Han, Uygur and Miao populations in Dalian, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Chongqing Han, Mongolian and Hui populations were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion CYP2C19 polymorphism exists in Han population in Guangzhou. The distribution of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism is different from that in some regions and ethnic groups.
