当脑部患有肿瘤、血管瘤和血管出血等疾病时,结扎颈部血管以缓解症状是必需的,但颈总动脉和椎动脉结扎后产生脑贫血,将对心血管系统带来何种影响,这是一个值得探讨的问题。关于对血压和心率的影响曾有过一些研究,而对心电图和基底动脉的影响未见报道。本实验的目的是分三次结扎兔的双侧颈总动脉和椎动脉,欢察动物的血压、心率、心电图和基底动脉的变化,以便提供一些实验动物的资料为临床参考。
When the brain suffers from diseases such as tumors, hemangiomas, and vascular hemorrhages, it is necessary to ligate the neck vessels to relieve symptoms, but what happens to the cardiovascular system after cerebral artery anaemia due to common carotid artery and vertebral artery ligation? This is a question worth exploring. There have been some studies on the effects of blood pressure and heart rate, and the effects on ECG and basilar arteries have not been reported. The purpose of this experiment was to ligate the bilateral common carotid artery and vertebral artery of the rabbit three times and to observe the changes in blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, and basilar artery of the animal, so as to provide data of some experimental animals for clinical reference.
