目的:比较不同牙体预备量预备牙体后,1周2,周牙髓组织学结构的变化及差异。方法:选择Beagle犬的恒牙作为研究对象,用牙体预备前;预备牙体组织1.0 mm,1.5 mm,2.0 mm后即时;戴临时冠1周,2周,制备组织切片,观察牙髓组织结构的变化及差异。结果:牙体预备量为1.0 mm,牙髓组织正常。牙体预备量为1.5 mm即时牙髓组织切片镜下可见少量血管扩张,无炎性细胞浸润,1周时,牙髓正常;2周时,牙髓组织正常。牙体预备量为2.0 mm,牙髓组织切片镜下可见大量血管扩张,个别炎性细胞浸润,1周时,有少量血管扩张。2周时牙髓组织基本正常。结论:在同等条件下备牙量不同,可引起牙髓组织的不同变化,随着备牙量的增加牙髓组织的应急性反应愈加明显。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the changes and differences of histological structure of dental pulp at 2 weeks and 1 week after preparation of different tooth preparation teeth. Methods: The permanent teeth of Beagle dogs were selected as the object of study. Before the tooth preparation, the tooth tissues were prepared 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm immediately after the preparation. Tissue sections were prepared for 1 week and 2 weeks. Structural changes and differences. Results: Tooth preparation was 1.0 mm and pulp tissue was normal. Dental preparation was 1.5 mm, and a small amount of vasodilatation was seen in the endodontic tissue section. There was no inflammatory cell infiltration. One week later, the dental pulp was normal. At 2 weeks, the pulp tissue was normal. Tooth preparation was 2.0 mm, a large number of vasodilatation was seen in the endoscopic pulp tissue, and some inflammatory cells infiltrated. A small amount of vasodilation was observed at 1 week. Pulp tissue was normal at 2 weeks. Conclusion: Different preparation of teeth under the same conditions can cause different changes of dental pulp tissue. With the increase of preparation teeth, the response of dental pulp is more obvious.
