CO_2气体保护焊产生的主要有害因素为电焊烟尘和CO,烟尘成分以Fe、Si、Mn元素为主,在船舱内作业烟尘的浓度可达101.4mg/m~3。舱室空气中CO随作业时间和通风情况而变化,经检测血HbCO含量可见,接触组血HbCO含量平均值高于对照组(P<0.05),但未见CO中毒病例。X线胸片未发现焊工尘肺。提出采取通风换气措施是防止职业危害的有效方法。
The main harmful factors of CO_2 gas shielded welding are welding fume and CO, and the main components of soot and dust are Fe, Si and Mn elements. The concentration of fumes in the cabin can reach 101.4mg / m ~ 3. CO in the air of the cabin changed with the operation time and ventilation. The content of HbCO in the tested blood was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no CO poisoning. X-ray chest did not find welders pneumoconiosis. Proposed to adopt ventilation measures is an effective way to prevent occupational hazards.
