运动性骨质疏松症是优秀女性耐力运动员高发的一种疾病,一般认为过度运动导致运动员雌激素分泌下降,破骨细胞合成增加是其主要病因。但是,目前尚不清楚雌激素分泌下降导致破骨细胞合成增加的分子学机制。最新研究表明免疫细胞可以分泌大量细胞因子促进破骨细胞数量增多、活性增强,骨质吸收增加,而雌激素分泌不足、免疫功能变化、细胞因子分泌增加是过度运动的一个典型特征,因此,雌激素分泌不足导致免疫功能变化、细胞因子分泌增加可能是运动性骨质疏松症发生的重要机制。本文主要探讨运动性骨质疏松症细胞因子分泌变化与破骨细胞之间的关系。

Recent studies show that immune cells can secrete a large number of cytokines to promote the number of osteoclasts, increased activity, increased bone absorption, and lack of estrogen secretion, immune function changes, increased cytokine secretion is a typical feature of excessive exercise, so the female Insufficient secretion of hormones lead to changes in immune function, increased secretion of cytokines may be an important mechanism of exercise-induced osteoporosis. This article mainly discusses the relationship between changes of cytokines and osteoclasts in patients with exercise-induced osteoporosis.
