同业公会与近代企业制度的建立——基于苏州丝织业同业公会的考察

关于同业公会与近代企业制度建立的关系,迄今还很少有人触及,对这个问题的认识还不很清楚。这里,我们选择传统色彩较为浓厚而历史资料又比较系统的苏州丝织业作为考察对象,依据各种第一手资料,对近代苏州丝织工业在企业管理制度方面从无到有、逐渐完备的过程作一番探讨。从苏经绸厂开始,经振亚织物公司和其他各厂不断补充和修订,逐渐形成了一套企业经营管理的规章制度。在这一过程中,苏州铁机丝织业同业公会发挥了不可替代的独特作用。正是由于铁机丝织业同业公会对会员企业管理制度的确认、肯定与推广,才使得这些会员企业实行的规章条例成为整个苏州丝织行业的企业制度。在某种意义上,这些企业制度并非为苏州丝织业所独有,在许多方面,它也具备近代中国工业乃至各行各业企业经营管理的共同特征。 As for the relationship between the guild and the establishment of the modern enterprise system, few people have hitherto known so far, and the understanding of this issue is not yet clear.
