本文就GK型等制动机的制动缸鞲鞴行程对制动力的影响作了具体分析。文中用表格列出了制动缸鞲鞴行程对制动缸压力。制动缸鞲鞴行程对计算闸瓦压力影响的较详细数值。文中还通过分析指出,当鞲鞴行程超过标准时常用制动影响闸瓦压力降低较大,因此,及时按规定调整鞲鞴行程非常重要。文中还介绍了两种计算闸瓦压力的方法,一种称做衰减系数计算方法,一种称做衰减常数计算方法。
This article made a detailed analysis of the braking force caused by the braking stroke of brake cylinder such as GK brake. The table lists the brake cylinder 鞲 鞴 stroke on the brake cylinder pressure. Brake cylinder 鞲 鞴 stroke on the brake shoe pressure to calculate the impact of more detailed values. The article also through the analysis pointed out that when the 鞲 鞴 stroke exceeds the standard braking brake brake pressure drop greatly affected, therefore, promptly adjust the 鞲 鞴 stroke schedule is very important. The paper also introduced two methods to calculate the brake pressure, one is called the attenuation coefficient calculation method, one is called the attenuation constant calculation method.
