黑龙江省自1990年组建全省医院感染监控系统以来,经过近10年的工作,由1990年的46所医院扩大到1998年的65所医院。年监测住院病人数近32万,监测覆盖率达全省住院病人的16.3％。由于该监控系统的工作质量直接影响卫生行政部门制订控制医院感染的政策、措施,因此,我省始终按照卫生部《建立健全医院感染管理组织机构暂行办法》的要求,根据各级医院的实际情况,成立医院感染管理科室,配备相应数量的专、兼职人员,并在专业及技术职称等方面做了适当调整,现在基本能够完成医院感染的监督、控制、管理工作。1999年初,我们对全省监控系统内的医院进行了一次关于管理组织情况的专项调查,现将调查结果报告如下。1 各级医院医院感染管理专职人员与床位数之比 Heilongjiang Province has established a hospital infection surveillance system in the province since 1990. After nearly 10 years of work, Heilongjiang Province expanded from 46 hospitals in 1990 to 65 hospitals in 1998. The annual monitoring of hospitalized patients was nearly 320,000, and the monitoring coverage rate reached 16.3% of the inpatients in the province. As the quality of the monitoring system directly affects the health administrative departments to formulate policies and measures for controlling hospital infections, the province has always complied with the requirements of the “Interim Measures for Establishing and Perfecting Hospital Infection Management Organizations” of the Ministry of Health according to the actual conditions of hospitals at all levels. A hospital infection management department was set up, with a corresponding number of specialized and part-time staff, and appropriate adjustments were made in professional and technical titles, and it was now basically possible to complete the supervision, control, and management of nosocomial infections. In early 1999, we carried out a special survey on the management organization of the hospitals in the monitoring system of the province.
