目的建立复方双嗪利血平片中利血平的溶出度测定方法。方法依照《中国药典》2005年版二部附录溶出度项下第三法,以正丙醇-0.1mol·L-1盐酸(3:7)为溶出介质,转速为100r·min-1,高效液相色谱法检测,检测波长为268nm。结果在0.064~0.256μg·ml-1范围内(r=0.9997),浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.0%,(n=9)。结论该法操作简便、准确可靠。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dissolution of reserpine in compound diazepam and reserpine tablets. Methods According to the third method under the two appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition), n-propanol-0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid (3: 7) was used as the dissolution medium at the speed of 100r · min- Phase detection, detection wavelength of 268nm. The results showed a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area in the range of 0.064 ~ 0.256μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9997). The average recovery was 100.2% and the RSD was 1.0% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
