我国是一个统一的多民族国家,民族地区欠发达的状况以及民族工作发展的局限性,要求当前民族工作的发展机制有所创新。本文运用文献法等研究方法从社会工作的视角来探讨促进民族工作发展的有效途径。 Our country is a unified, multi-ethnic state. The underdeveloped ethnic areas and the limitations of the development of nationalities require that the mechanism for the development of ethnic work be innovative. This paper uses the literature and other research methods from the perspective of social work to explore effective ways to promote the development of ethnic work.
