对结构钢用末端淬火法测定其淬透性时,按GB225—63的规定进行。在最后测量其硬度HRC时,规定指出:“试样应在夹具中沿两磨制平面的中心线进行硬度测量”,“测量硬度系由试样末端起每隔1.5毫米测量一次”。但在规定中对所用夹具没有明确的规定与说明。不少单位为满足规定要求,就先在试样上划好线,然后再测定硬度。显然这样不仅操作麻烦而且准确性亦差。为此我们考虑了如下图所示 Structural steel quenching method by the end of determination of its hardenability, according to the provisions of GB225-63.
