为提高深井、硬地层等钻探难度大地层的钻探效率,减少井下复杂事故的产生,在玉门油田青西凹陷鸭西鼻状构造柳12区块高部位鸭506断块的鸭西102井下沟组地层,试用了扭力冲击器(TorkBuster)+PDC钻头的钻井技术,改变了PDC钻头的运动状态,用于PDC钻头的辅助破岩,从而实现了提高PDC钻头的破岩效率,实验数据显示机械钻速至少提高3倍,对玉门油田青西凹陷鸭西鼻状构造柳12区块提高机械钻速具有实践意义。
