以苯乙烯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体,以十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用“核-壳种子乳液聚合”的方法合成了阳离子型聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸异辛酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(CPSEG),并探讨了其作为纸张增湿强剂的应用条件。结果表明:CPSEG能有效提高纸张湿强度和干强度,并且使纸张具有很好的柔韧性。固化温度对纸张湿强度有一定影响,用量为9%,固化温度为140℃时,湿强度可达到38.9%。固化促进剂可降低CPSEG的用量和固化温度。在添加2%DMP-30的条件下,CPSEG用量为6%,固化温度为105℃时,湿强度可达22.5%。用SEM对CPSEG增强纸进行了表征,证明了CPSEG与纸张纤维发生了交联反应,在纤维表面形成了一层防水保护膜。

Under the condition of adding 2% DMP-30, the dosage of CPSEG is 6%, and the wet strength can reach 22.5% when the curing temperature is 105 ℃. SEM was used to characterize the CPSEG reinforced paper, which proved that CPSEG cross-linked with the paper fiber and formed a waterproof protective film on the surface of the fiber.
