教师通过反思可以提高教学水平,有效提升自己的教育教学效果,不断纠正自己的教学行为。但在现实教学中,体育教师的思存在着重数量轻质量,重形式轻实质,重经验轻理论的现象,与理想状态下的反思有一定的差距。本文针对体育教师在反思过程中存在的问题,在实践的基础上,提出了旨在培养体育教师的反思意识,提高体育反思能力,促进体育教师专业发展为目的的基于课堂的自我反思、专家引领、同伴互助的“反思——反馈”研修模式。
