1 《档案行政执法检查通知书》。主要内容包括被检查单位名称;行政执法检查依据;检查时间;检查内容;其它检查事项;检查机关名称、印章和行文日期等。2 《行政处罚决定书》。主要内容包括:被处罚当事人的姓名(或名称)、地址;违反法律、法规或者规章的事实和证据;档案行政处罚的种类和依据;档案行政处罚的履行方式、期限;不服档案行政处罚决定,申请行政复议或提起诉讼的途径和期限;作出行政处罚决定的单位名称、印章和作出决定的日期。3 《罚款行政处罚决定书》。主要内容与《行政处罚决定书》相同。该《决定书》主要用于给予行政罚款处罚时使用。
