通过宏观检查、光谱分析、金相试验、断口形貌观察、能谱分析,以及应力腐蚀试验,对电网HPb59-1铅黄铜部件开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,开裂失效的主要原因是由应力腐蚀造成的。材质中铅含量过高降低了材料性能,促进了开裂。铅黄铜部件安装前应进行应力腐蚀试验,试验合格才可安装,必要时可更换为耐应力腐蚀的材质。
The cause of cracking of power grid HPb59-1 lead-brass parts was analyzed by macroscopic inspection, optical spectrum analysis, metallographic test, fracture surface morphology observation, energy spectrum analysis and stress corrosion test. The results show that the main reason for cracking failure is caused by stress corrosion. Material lead content is too high to reduce the material properties, and promote cracking. Lead brass components should be stress corrosion test before installation, the test can be installed only if necessary, can be replaced with stress corrosion resistant materials.
