目的对某矿业公司职业病危害和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法在现场卫生调查的基础上,采用检查表法、职业病危害因素检测、定量分级相结合的方法进行评价。结果该矿业公司生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为电焊烟尘、矽尘、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、二氧化锰、工频电场、手传振动、紫外辐射(电焊弧光)和噪声。经现场检测,矽尘检测合格率为0,噪声检测合格率为75%,其余危害因素检测合格率均为100%。结论矽尘和噪声是该矿业生产过程中重点职业病危害因素,企业应进一步加强职业病防护措施和职业健康监护等工作。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards and protective measures in a mining company and put forward reasonable and feasible measures to prevent occupational diseases. Methods On the basis of on-site health survey, the method of check list, detection of occupational hazards, and combination of quantitative grading were used to evaluate. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the mining company were welding dust, silica dust, ozone, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, manganese dioxide, power frequency electric field, hand vibration, ultraviolet radiation (arc welding) and noise . After on-site testing, the passing rate of silica dust testing is 0, the passing rate of noise testing is 75%, and the passing rate of other harmful factors testing is 100%. Conclusion Silica dust and noise are the key occupational hazards in the mining process. Enterprises should further strengthen occupational disease protection measures and occupational health monitoring.
