采用气相色谱法,用邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯为内标,HP-5(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)柱,氢火焰离子化检测器对0.35%ES-生物烯丙菊酯?四氟苯菊酯盘式蚊香中有效成分同时进行定性定量分析。结果表明,ES-生物烯丙菊酯的标准偏差为0.002231,变异系数为0.622%,线性相关系数为0.99980,平均回收率为99.63%;四氟苯菊酯的标准偏差为0.000249,变异系数为0.439%,线性相关系数为0.99975,平均回收率为99.78%。
Gas chromatography was used to determine the concentration of 0.35% ES-biosurfactant on the HP-5 (30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm) column and the hydrogen flame ionization detector using di-n-butyl phthalate as internal standard. Perfluoropyrifrin plate mosquito coils in the active ingredients at the same time qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the standard deviation of ES-bio-allethrin was 0.002231, the coefficient of variation was 0.622%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99980 and the average recovery was 99.63%. The standard deviation of ESBLs was 0.000249 and the coefficient of variation was 0.439 %, The linear correlation coefficient is 0.99975, the average recovery rate is 99.78%.
