目的:观察补阳还五汤联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法:治疗组33例采用补阳还五汤联合NP方案治疗,对照组29例采用NP方案加中药安慰剂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率与对照组无明显差别,但毒副作用低于对照组,生活质量改善优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤能提高中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量,减少化疗毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the short-term effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 33 cases in the treatment group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with NP regimen, and 29 cases in the control group were treated with NP regimen plus traditional Chinese medicine placebo. Results: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group, but the side effects were lower than that of the control group, and the improvement of the quality of life was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
