脐尿管癌为起源于脐尿管残余的原发性肿瘤,多数脐尿管癌为腺癌,也可以发生尿路上皮癌、鳞状细胞癌和其他类型癌。脐尿管癌发病率占成人肿瘤的0.01%,占所有膀胱肿瘤的0.17%～0.34%,占原发性膀胱腺癌20%～39%。约65%脐尿管癌患者年龄在40～70岁,65%～75%为男性。相关文献报道,其发病与吸烟有一定关系。本院收集自2005年以来脐尿管癌患者一例。
Urethral cancer is a residual primary tumor that originates from the urachal tube. Most uropous urethral carcinomas are adenocarcinomas. Urothelial carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and other types of cancer can also occur. The incidence of urticular carcinoma accounts for 0.01% of adult tumors, accounting for 0.17% ~ 0.34% of all bladder tumors, accounting for 20% ~ 39% of primary cystadenocarcinomas. About 65% of patients with urachal carcinoma age 40 to 70 years old, 65% to 75% of men. Related literature reports, its incidence and smoking have a certain relationship. Our hospital collects a case of UTI from 2005.
