作者采用一种可同时测定材料磨粒磨损速度和化学腐蚀速度的腐蚀磨损电化学试验装置,研究了影响几种工业材料腐蚀磨损的某些因素。结果表明,材料组织的电化学性质对其耐腐蚀磨损有重要影响:高铬铸铁Cr15Mo3在酸性砂浆中由于化学腐蚀与磨粒磨损的相互作用,耐磨性急剧下降;在腐蚀磨损过程中,不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti的钝态受到极大破坏,用阳极极化的方法不能提高其耐磨性。
The authors used a corrosive wear electrochemical test apparatus that can simultaneously measure abrasive wear speed and chemical corrosion speed of materials to study some factors that affect the corrosion and wear of several industrial materials.
