初步研究了红壤幼龄果园根际与非根际土壤养分和酶活性的变化趋势。结果表明,根际土壤含水量大于非根际土壤,且果园生草区根际土壤含水量最大;根际土壤有机质含量都大于非根际土壤,套种绿肥区根际土壤有机质含量最大(25·5g·kg-1),处理间差异显著;根际土壤的速效氮、磷含量高于非根际土壤;脲酶活性在绿肥套种区和清耕区根际和非根际土壤中有很大差异,多酚氧化酶活性在3个处理中变化都比较大,而酸性磷酸酶活性差异不明显。
The change trends of soil nutrients and enzyme activities in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of young orchard were preliminarily studied. The results showed that rhizosphere soil moisture content was higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil, and rhizosphere soil water content of orchard rhizosphere soil was the largest; rhizosphere soil organic matter content was greater than non-rhizosphere soil, and rhizosphere soil organic matter content was the largest 5g · kg-1). There was significant difference between the treatments. The contents of available nitrogen and phosphorus in the rhizosphere soil were higher than those in the non-rhizosphere soil. The urease activity was significantly different in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil , Polyphenol oxidase activity changes in the three treatments are relatively large, while the acid phosphatase activity was not significantly different.
