目的:探讨大承气汤对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型肠黏膜血流量的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠54只,随机分为假手术(SO)组、重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)组及大承气汤(DCQD)组,每组18只,分别于造模后6h、12h、24h各取6只观察腹腔大体情况,采用激光多普勒流量计检测回肠黏膜的血流量。结果:SAP组各时间点回肠黏膜血流量较SO组显著下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);DCQD组各时间点肠黏膜血流量较SAP组有所升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:SAP大鼠的肠道黏膜血流量减少,且随着时间推移而逐渐下降,大承气汤能增加肠黏膜血流量,改善SAP大鼠肠道的血流状况,改善肠道微循环。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Dachengqi Decoction on intestinal mucosal blood flow in rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: Fifty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operated (SO) group, severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) group and DCQD group (18 rats in each group) At 6h and 12h, 6 rabbits were observed the general situation of abdominal cavity, and the blood flow of ileal mucosa was detected by laser Doppler flowmeter. Results: The ileal mucosal blood flow in SAP group was significantly lower than that in SO group at each time point (P <0.05). The intestinal mucosal blood flow in DCQD group was significantly higher than that in SAP group (P <0.05) <0.05). Conclusion: Intestinal mucosal blood flow decreased in SAP rats and gradually decreased with time. Dachengqi Decoction could increase intestinal mucosal blood flow, improve intestinal blood flow and improve intestinal microcirculation in SAP rats.
