利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对低碳硅-锰Q&P钢金属塑性变形抗力进行试验研究,实测了不同变形温度、变形速率、变形程度下低碳Q&P钢的变形抗力,分析了各工艺参数对变形抗力的影响。建立了低碳Q&P钢变形抗力数学模型并用SPSS方法进行了回归,该模型具有良好的曲线拟合特性,用该模型计算出的结果与实测值吻合较好,可为制定合理的控轧生产工艺提供基础依据。
The plastic deformation resistance of low-carbon silicon-manganese Q & P steel was tested by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine.
