由于社会经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高、不良的生活方式(高热量、低消耗、体内能量堆积),使我国糖尿病患病率持续升高,严重影响了人们的生存和生活质量。因此得到医务人员和患者的极大关注。目前,运动疗法已成为国际公认且行之有效的非药物治疗糖尿病的干预方法。本文阐述了运动疗法对糖尿病的作用及注意事项,提出:科学规律的运动能够有效降低血糖、降低血脂、减轻体重、降低血压;运动治疗的目的在于,通过锻炼各器官的功能、减少药物的剂量、放松情绪、陶冶情操、改善精神状态,可以有效预防糖尿病并发症的发生。。
