目的检测内生拮抗菌JYg07在五味子Schisandra chinensis植株内的定殖情况。方法利用抗生素标记法获得JYg07菌株的抗链霉素和利福平的双抗突变体菌株,采用灌根、喷雾、注射和刺伤叶片等方法接种,测定JYg07菌株在五味子植株内的定殖情况。结果 JYg07菌株可以通过自然孔口和伤口进入五味子体内,并能够在土壤中长期存活;菌液浓度主要影响定殖高峰到来的时间;4种接种方式均可以使JYg07菌株在五味子体内稳定的定殖并传导,并且在根中的定殖能力要高于茎和叶。高浓度接种培养液、灌根接种的方式可以保证JYg07菌株在五味子植株中达到最佳定殖状态。结论JYg07菌株可以在五味子体内稳定定殖并传导,能够作为新的生防菌资源开发利用。
Objective To detect the colonization of endogenous antagonistic strain JYg07 in Schisandra chinensis plants. Methods The anti-streptomycin and rifampin-resistant double mutant strains of JYg07 were obtained by antibiotic labeling method. The inoculation of JYg07 strain in Schisandra chinensis was determined by inoculation with roots, spraying, injection and stabbing of leaves. . Results The strain JYg07 could enter Schisandra sphenanthera through natural orchestra wounds and could survive in soil for a long time. The concentration of bacterium mainly affected the arrival time of colonization peak. JYg07 strain could colonize Schisandra chinensis in vivo with the four inoculation methods And conduct, and in the root colonization ability is higher than the stems and leaves. High concentrations of inoculum medium, irrigation root inoculation can ensure that JYg07 strains in Schisandra plants to achieve the best colonization state. Conclusion The strain JYg07 can be stably colonized and transmitted in Schisandra chinensis and can be used as a new biocontrol agent.
