图书馆读者权利是一项国际社会所公认的基本人权,并为我国《宪法》和相关法律法规所认可。实践中,作为未成年人的中小学图书馆学生读者的权利容易受到忽视甚至侵犯。必须采取措施,保护中小学图书馆学生读者的权利。
The rights of library readers are recognized as basic human rights by the international community and recognized by the Constitution and related laws and regulations of our country. In practice, the rights of readers of primary and secondary school libraries as minors are easily overlooked or even violated. Measures must be taken to protect the rights of readers of primary and secondary school students.
