利用组织培养和自毒物质根皮苷胁迫诱变相结合的方法,筛选了矮化砧木M26和八棱海棠抗自毒物质根皮苷突变体,并测定了突变体的生长发育情况和抗性生理指标。结果表明,根皮苷胁迫筛选M26和八棱海棠抗性突变体的最佳选择压力分别为2 g/L和3 g/L,筛选到两株突变体B-1和M-1。根皮苷胁迫条件下,突变体B-1和M-1的分化稳定性较强,其株高、根长、鲜重等生长指标均明显高于野生型植株,且突变体根系的抗氧化酶SOD和CAT活性均明显高于野生型植株。
Using the combination of tissue culture and cortin glycoside stress mutagenesis, the mutants of dwarf rootstock M26 and anti-autotoxine substance Bombyx mori were screened for their growth and development and resistance Physiological indicators.
