以2013年7月湔江流域山洪灾害为研究对象,通过对本次山洪灾害的现场调查分析,从物源、地形和降雨条件入手,研究了湔江流域7·9山洪灾害特征和成灾原因。分析表明本次灾害具有淤埋破坏、洪水淹没、冲砸破坏和冲刷破坏四大特征;强降雨是本次山洪灾害的诱发因素,而流域复杂的地形地貌特征,汶川地震的后续影响以及人类采砂则为本次灾害的主要原因。针对湔江不同河段的灾害特征及原因,提出了相应的减灾治理措施,可为今后湔江流域山洪灾害的预防和治理提供一定的借鉴。
Taking the mountain torrent disaster in the Qijiang River Basin as a research object in July 2013, this paper investigates the characteristics of the mountain torrent disaster and the cause of disaster in the Qijiang River Basin based on the field investigation and analysis of the flash flood disaster, from the provenance, topography and rainfall conditions . The analysis shows that there are four characteristics of this disaster, such as buried damage, flood inundation, implosion-smashing damage and scouring damage. Severe rainfall is the predisposing factor for this flash flood disaster. However, the complicated topography of the basin, the subsequent impact of the Wenchuan earthquake, Sand is the main reason for this disaster. According to the characteristics and causes of disasters in different sections of the Han River, corresponding measures for disaster mitigation are put forward, which may provide some reference for the future prevention and treatment of mountain torrent disasters in the Hanjiang River Basin.
