目的探讨综合护理绩效考核评价方法在优质护理服务中的应用及效果观察。方法 2014年8月~2015年5月期间对我院病区268名护士施行新型综合护理绩效管理方法,作为实验组;另选择2013年10月~2014年7月期间227名护士实施的原有单一护理绩效办法作为对照,比较两种绩效方法使用前后对全院护理质量、患者满意度及护士满意度的影响。结果综合绩效管理方法显著提升了护士满意度,调动了护士工作积极性,护理质量、患者满意度持续提高(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理绩效管理,可以提高优质护理服务质量,确保工作安全,有效提高患者满意度,调动护士工作热情。
Objective To explore the application and effect observation of comprehensive nursing performance appraisal method in quality nursing service. Methods A total of 268 nurses in our ward from August 2014 to May 2015 were enrolled as experimental group. Another group of 227 nurses, from October 2013 to July 2014, Single nursing performance measures as a control to compare the two kinds of performance before and after the use of nursing quality, patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction. Results The method of comprehensive performance management significantly improved the satisfaction degree of nurses, aroused the enthusiasm of nurses, the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients continued to improve (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing performance management can improve the quality of quality nursing services, ensure the safety of work, effectively improve patient satisfaction and arouse the enthusiasm of nurses.
