目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压患者血浆Chemerin水平变化及其与血压、WHR、血糖、血脂、血浆胰岛素水平等的关系。方法酶联免疫法测定了初诊T2DM患者(T2DM组)、T2DM合并高血压患者(T2DM+HT组)和正常人(NGT组)血浆Chemerin水平,分析其与血压、BMI、WHR、血脂、HOMA-IR等的关系。结果 T2DM+HT组血浆Chemerin水平明显高于T2DM组和NGT组。血浆Chemerin水平与年龄、体重、腰围、臀围、DBP、体内脂肪百分比(FAT%)、BMI、WHR、TG、FFA、FPG、2hPG、FIns、2hPIns、HOMA-IR、HbA_1c呈正相关。多元回归分析结果表明腰围、DBP、2hPIns、HbA_1c是影响血浆Chemerin水平的独立相关因素。结论血浆Chemerin水平的改变与糖脂代谢和血压等有关,并可能参与了胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病合并高血压的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma Chemerin levels in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its relationship with blood pressure, WHR, blood glucose, blood lipids and plasma insulin levels. Methods Plasma Chemerin levels in newly diagnosed T2DM patients (T2DM group), T2DM patients with hypertension (T2DM + HT group) and normal subjects (NGT group) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of serum Chemerin, IR and other relations. Results The level of Chemerin in T2DM + HT group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group and NGT group. Plasma Chemerin levels were positively correlated with age, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, DBP, body fat percentage (FAT%), BMI, WHR, TG, FFA, FPG, 2hPG, FIns, 2hPIns, HOMA-IR and HbA 1c. Multivariate regression analysis showed that waist circumference, DBP, 2hPIns, HbA_1c were independent correlates of plasma Chemerin levels. Conclusions The change of plasma Chemerin level is related to glucose and lipid metabolism and blood pressure, and may be involved in the development of insulin resistance and diabetes mellitus with hypertension.
