心包腔内注射抗癌药是治疗晚期肺癌心包转移的积极手段。现将江西省肿瘤医院化疗科首次治疗数例的护理小结如下:一般按传统内科心脏病常规进行监护。特殊性护理:①协助配合好腔内抽液治疗及术中病情观察。②术后7天心电监护观察药物毒性对心脏反应,加强脉搏、心率观察次数及律、率改变;药量偏大、持续性心包摩擦音及心律不齐者应心电追踪观察。③保护心肌:术后7天绝对卧床、用药中把好点滴速度、及时对症处理化疗副反应并配合护心治疗。
