本文对42例急性CO中毒及其迟发脑病患者同时进行正中神经和胫后神经体感诱发电位(mSEP和tSEP)的研究发现,本病患者mSEP和tSEP皆以中长潜时成分受损为主。mSEP和tSEP的改变均与病情有一致关系,可用于评价病人脑中体感通路的损害及临床预后。对于大脑皮层弥漫性损害为主的中毒性脑病患者,mSEP可以替代tSEP。
In this paper, 42 cases of acute CO poisoning and delayed encephalopathy in patients with simultaneous median nerve and tibial nerve somatosensory evoked potentials (mSEP and tSEP) study found that patients with mSEP and tSEP are mainly in the long-latency components of the main damage . Changes in both mSEP and tSEP are in concordance with the disease and can be used to assess the damage and clinical prognosis of somatosensory pathways in the patient’s brain. For patients with toxic encephalopathy, which is predominantly diffusely damaged in the cerebral cortex, mSEP can replace tSEP.
