目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性泪囊炎30例患者的临床资料。结果:患者经过3~6个月复查随访,无失访。治愈28例,有效2例,治愈率为93.3%,有效率100%。结论:鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术较传统的泪囊鼻腔吻合术有诸多先进性体现,是临床上治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种新方法,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with chronic dacryocystitis treated by nasal endoscopy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months without any loss of follow-up. 28 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the cure rate was 93.3% and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is more advanced than traditional dacryocystorhinostomy. It is a new method to treat chronic dacryocystitis in clinic. It is worth popularizing.
