The key to the development of the western region is to develop ecological agriculture. The western region is the birthplace of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River. The serious soil and water loss in the Loess Plateau is the main reason that aggravates the ecological environment and is the crux of the Yellow River sediment. The ecological environment in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is fragile. In many areas, the terrain is steep, the structure is fragmented, the soil is infertile, and the potential risks of soil erosion are large.
