本文考察了聚乙烯的分子量分布多分散指数对辐照交联的影响.随着多分散指数的增大,聚乙烯的辐照交联相对于Charlesby-Pinner直线关系的偏离愈大.定义了一个参数v来定量表示这种偏离的程度,v与多分散指数M_w/M_n。之间可以简洁地用经验式v=1.25-0.18(M_w/M_n)~(0.62)表示.因而可以通过这个关系,用辐照交联的技术来估算分子量分布多分散指数.
In this paper, the influence of molecular weight distribution polydispersity index of polyethylene on irradiation cross-linking was investigated.With the increase of polydispersity index, the deviation of irradiation cross-linking of polyethylene relative to Charlesby-Pinner line is larger.An The parameter v quantifies the extent of this deviation, v and the polydispersity index M_w / M_n. Can be concisely expressed by the empirical formula v = 1.25-0.18 (M_w / M_n) ~ (0.62), whereby the polydispersity index of the molecular weight distribution can be estimated by the technique of irradiation crosslinking.
