葛根为豆科植物野葛Pueraia lobata(Wild)Ohwi或甘葛藤Pueraia thomsonii Benth的干燥根为常用中药,商品中分为野葛和粉葛两种规格,化学成分研究表明,葛根中存在主要成分为葛根素、大豆甙等异黄酮类化合物。我们在实验中发现,野葛的不同部位总黄酮含量的差异较大,如习惯上认为质次的根头(根及根茎部分)中总酮和葛根素的含量却很高。为此,我们对葛根不同部位的药材样品用已有文献报道的分析方法分别测定其总黄酮与葛根素的含量,同时,还对野葛
Pueraria lobata is a commonly used Chinese medicine for the dry roots of the leguminosae Pueraria lobata (Wild) Ohwi or Pueraia thomsonii Benth. The commodity is divided into two types of Pueraria lobata and Pueraria lucidum. Chemical composition studies have shown that the main components in Pueraria lobata are Pueraria, soy glycosides and other isoflavone compounds. In our experiments, we found that the total flavonoid content of different parts of Kudzu varies greatly. For example, it is customary to think that the content of total ketone and puerarin in the root head (root and rhizome part) of high quality is very high. For this purpose, we determined the contents of total flavonoids and puerarin in the samples of medicinal materials from different parts of Pueraria using methods already reported in the literature.
